BEN F. HIGGINS was fascinated with auctions at an early age as he accompanied his grandfather and close neighbor to the local livestock auctions in the early 1950’s. Having discovered his fondness for auctions, he decided to begin a career as an auctioneer, and has thus been bringing buyers and sellers together since 1969. His drive and love for auctions has paved the way for Ben Higgins Realty & Auction Co. B.F. is also a licensed realtor and a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, Ohio Association of Realtors, and many fraternal organizations.
