Requirements we will only be allowed to have bidders bid from their cars (and clearly spaced apart No Exceptions) absentee bids and limited phone bids also excepted . Contents of the home will be included in the sale of this property as one whole lot. If your looking to bid on individual items, do not come !! However, due to this process what ever the final bid price is on the real estate we will add another $1,000 to contract price to cover the personal property. Auto will still sell separate.
