Jim & Charlotte are preparing for retirement after many yrs. in the family business which started in 1951.

AUCTION ORDER: Starting with shop tools and electronics. Heavy equipment and rolling stock sells @ 10:15. Real Estate sells @ 12:00 Noon.

REAL ESTATE (SELLS @ 12:00): Auditor Parcels 200010008700 and 200010013600. Being  a total of 14.52+/- acres with 7,260+/- commercial shop with offices. Being offered in 3 Real Estate Tracts. We will also offer (1) steel frame building only as a separate tract. Bid to buy each individually, combination or as a whole using the multi parcel method. Call office for private tour.
