To settle the Estate of Kenneth F. Owings Sr. Marion Probate Court Case #10EST-52149. The Owings have resided on this farm since the late 1940’s.

BIDDER NOTICE:  Tracts 1, 2 will be offered separately and together as one whole farm.  All bids will remain open and will be allowed to raise their bids at conclusion of tract #2 if they so desire, until the highest dollar amount is received.  Farm will sell in manner that brings the most money.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement which is not contingent upon financing and will require $5,000 down per tract (non-refundable) upon conclusion of auction.  The balance due shall be paid at closing, which shall occur in 30 days. Seller to convey title by deed. Taxes prorated to date of closing.  Final bids subject to executor’s confirmation.  Property being sold as-is condition with no warranties of any kind. Tracts selling subject to all legal highways, easements, restrictions, agreements and right-of-ways of record. Farmland is under CAUV.
